The new, much talked about Affinity hardware range is now available on Door-Stop doors. You can now opt for the Affinity hardware package on the online door configurator, automatically upgrading each door to Secured By Design status in one fuss-free click.

The Affinity composite door hardware package is fully PAS024 compliant and features the new 3D Butt Hinge and Composite Door Lock, as well as the Affinity door handle, full metal letter plate and ABS Snap Secure Cylinder.

The slim, 3D butt-hinge can be adjusted in three dimensions, with no need to set the door position. This makes it easier and quicker to install the door, using a simple Allen key. Meanwhile, the Composite Door Lock uses double 'split' opposing hooks to ensure maximum security (and prevent hooks disengaging in any locked position). With a 16mm deadbolt throw it makes composite doors virtually 'burglar proof'.

The whole industry is talking about this new hardware range and the ABS cylinder is getting rave reviews from the Police and professional locksmiths as the most secure cylinder on the market. But ordering Secured By Design hardware can often be a headache for fabricators and installers.
