Composite door customers of Door-Stop International will have an exclusive advantage over their
competitors from April with Yale's brand new Keyfree digital door lock. Yale's electronic keyless lock
and handle gives homeowners flexibility and security, with a remote control fob or a personalised 4-
12 digit number to open their door. For extra peace of mind, the Secured By Design Yale Keyfree
Lock comes with a built-in 80 decibel tamper-proof alarm, and uses the Yale multi-point locking
system. The Yale Keyfree Lock is available only on Door-Stop composite doors for just £199
extra per door at www.door-stop.co.uk.
"This is a product where security meets convenience," Door-Stop's Managing Director Nick Dutton
explains. "Homeowners no longer have to remember their keys or carry them around, and families
can share one PIN code, and set another for special visitors such as carers. The remote has a 15
metre range and means you can open the door from your car - ideal for when you're carry heavy
shopping! The trade's favourite composite door just got even more attractive."
Tested under extreme weather conditions, the Yale Keyfree Lock is wire-free and operated by four
AA batteries, with fail-safe back-ups. The handle is available in either polished brass or polished
chrome.
