08/04/2009 - A Second Shift Added to Stay Ahead of Demand

Door-Stop has added another shift to our Nottingham facility to ensure we continue to deliver on promises to existing customers in addition to servicing growing demand. Composite doors continue to be a much needed growth sector for our industry and are helping installers grow their sales. As demand for any product increases, it becomes even more important for suppliers to continue to deliver on their promises - it's often when volume increases that quality suffers. Door-Stop refuses to compromise on quality. We're currently manufacturing 150 doors a day and have put a second shift into action so we continue to deliver our doors to customers, or direct to site, in just 3 days. We have also just commissioned another edgebanding machine to ensure we stay ahead of production as demand continues to grow.
