Glazing cassettes are perhaps the most important fit and function component on a composite door, that is why we have designed, and patented, a product that allows the door to be reglazed without any damage to the door or the cassette, without ugly screw ports and grommets, is unhanded, is quick and easy to put together without having to use a variety of third party tapes, glues and sealants, and perhaps most importantly looks great in a through colour injection moulding shaped to match the decorative moulding and colour of the Door-Stop slab.

The cassette has been tested several times, and has received phenomenal PAS23/24 results. Being British made giving protection from the vagaries of the currency market and delivering doors in 3 days are great reasons to buy from Door-Stop, but our investing nearly 1m in the cassette manufacturing operation gives more real product benefits aswell.

The good news for Door-Stop customers is that they will already start to see the new cassette featured on many of the doors being delivered as the phasing program is already underway.
